Now it is easier than ever for tourist to get updated information and lodge complains. The tourism Authority of Thailand has started the call center at the head office for 24 hours assistance. The service is available in Thai and English both languages.

Tourist can also get this information through Internet inquiry or through video live chat by logging on to www.tourismthailand.org and then going to “1672 tourist hotline”. The visitor will be asked to select the language fill in basic details and response will be provided as soon as possible depending on the kind of information sought.
